Today was an extra special day,as we were invited to a tour of the brand new Urology Centre of Excellence at the Royal Surrey County Hospital. We wanted to share the pics with our supporters as without your donations this would not have been possible.
The tour was led by Colin Stokes M.B.E and chairman of the TPP and the amazing Tim Sharp two of the original gents that had a vision and pulled it off with grace and faith. The team entire team at the Prostate Project have stuck together through thick and thin to make this idea a reality. Many of them sound so while battling prostate cancer themselves.
The building is simply perfect and they have thought of everything from the minute you walk in, until the minute you leave. This is no ordinary NHS building it is quite simply excellent.
There are still items that they need, so fundraising continues and with that in mind, we decided to give them another financial boost.
The building has the most fitting name: The Stokes Urology Centre.
Well done to everyone who played a part .It has been a pleasure working with all of you and watching this project grow and fly.
What an amazing achievement and what a fabulous legacy that will give men a better chance of beating Prostate Cancer.
